• Open Settings on your Android phone.
• This is going to be slightly different depending on your manufacturer, but it always in Wireless and network Settings.

• Below APN type you will see the option APN protocol, tap on that and a pop-up screen appears. From that select the option IPv4/IPv6.

• At last you will see the option Bearer, tap on that and you will see lots of options. You need to select all of that, then press Ok.
• After that you need to save APN and for that you need to click on the three dot at the top right corner and select Save.
• Once your APN information will save, go back to the Access Point Names where you were added new APN.
• Tap on the new APN settings at first that you have just entered to make it active.
• Your phone will loose its data connection for little while it connects to the new network using the new network settings.

If you can’t get a connection after a few minutes, you might need to restart your phone. For some reason if the things not work with APN, you just simply go back to your android settings and change back the APN to the old one provided by your network provider.
