- Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Open profile and at the top right corner of your profile page, you will see the hamburger Menu tap on that.
- Settings and privacy menu of Instagram will open.
- Then from menu select the the option ‘Your activity’ tap on that.
- Open your activity and you will see the first option ‘Like’. This like option will allow to see all your liked Reels or Posts on Instagram.
- You can browse through the lists and find the Reel you want to rewatch. Tap on the Reel to play it.
This way you can easily find Instagram Reels watched by browsing the entire like history.
Second Method
Check Instagram Reels that you have Saved Before
To find Reels you have watched on Instagram that you didn’t like, then you have to browse through Saved tab.
- To check Instagram Reel watch history first open the Instagram app on your mobile.
- Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Open profile and at the top right corner of your profile page, you will see the hamburger Menu tap on that.
- From Menu select the ‘Saved’ option to view all your Saved Reels and Posts on Instagram.
- Browser through through lists to locate and rewatch your favourite Instagram Reels.
