How to Add Music to your Instagram Profile?

• Open your Instagram app on your mobile and go to your profile by clicking on the profile icon present at the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Once you get on your profile page, below your bio you will see the ‘Edit profile’ button, click on that and that will open your profile editor, where you will see a bunch of different options to edit your profile.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the screen until you find the option ‘ Music’, click on that.
• Music page will open, here you can click on ‘+’ icon to pick a song for your profile and that will open the Instagram music library.
• You just have to select a song which you want for your Instagram profile.
• You can use the Search bar above in order to search for specific songs, which you have on your mind or you can scroll through the list of songs.

• Then select a song and then Instagram will give you an option to select a portion of the song which you want to use and that portion can lasts up to 30 seconds.
• Once you are happy with the song and the part of the song, you just simply tap on the tik option at the right side of the editing screen.
• Again tap on the tik option at the top right corner of the screen and the song will be visible on your Instagram profile right below your bio.

But, you should keep in mind that this song won’t start playing automatically. When someone visit your profile, if they want to hear the song they just need to click on the little play icon prior to your selected song and then Instagram will start playing the 30 sec part which you chose.
