Commercial LPG Cylinder Prices Hiked by Rs 16.50 from Today : Know the New Rates
The rules have changed from today. A shock to customers from the beginning of the month. LPG cylinder price increased from today. Their is new prices of LPG from new month. The government oil companies review the prices of LPG cylinders on the first day of every month and under this the Indian Oil Corporation has increased the gas prices. However, while the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder has increased, there has been no change in the price of 14.2 kg domestic cylinder. The increased price of commercial cylinders has been implemented in the country from today.
According to the website of oil marketing companies, the price of a commercial cylinder has increased by Rs 16.50. This is the fifth consecutive month when the price of commercial cylinders has increased. According to the latest price, the price of a commercial cylinder in Delhi is Rs 1818.50. Last month i.e. in November, its price is Rs 1802 and the weight of commercial cylinder is 19 kg. It is used in restaurants etc. Due to the increase in the price of commercial cylinders, restaurants are facing the risk of higher food prices.
Increased LPG Cylinder Prices in Different Cities
The price of 19 kg cylinder in Kolkata is Rs.1927. In November, its price was Rs 1911.50. In Mumbai, the price of a commercial cylinder has increased from Rs 1754.50 to Rs 1771. The price of a 19 kg cylinder in Chennai is Rs 1980.50. Commercial cylinders will be available in Patna starting at Rs.2027.50.
No Change in the Price of 14.2 kg Domestic Cylinder
This time too there has been no reduction or increase in the price of domestic LPG cylinders. It remains fixed at the old rates. The price of an LPG cylinder in the capital Delhi is Rs 803. Whereas, its price in Patna is Rs 892.50. Similarly in Kolkata its price is Rs 829 and in Mumbai its price is Rs 802.50. Similarly, the price of a 14 kg domestic cylinder in Chennai is Rs 818.50.
