- First open the Google Play Store app on your android phone or tablet and tap on your profile icon present at the upper-right corner of the screen.
- From profile menu, select the option Payments & Subscriptions, tap to open it.
- Then, select the option Subscriptions and choose Netflix.
- After that tap on Cancel Subscription and Confirm your cancellation.
How to Cancel Netflix Subscription from iTunes?
- You can also cancel your Netflix subscription using iTunes on your PC and for that first open the iTunes app and from the top menu select the option Account.
- Click on Account to open it and from the drop-down menu, select the option View My Account.
- Then, scroll down and select the Settings option, open it and find the option Subscriptions.
- Right side of the subscription, you will see the manage option click on that and all your subscriptions along with Netflix will appear.

After cancelling your Netflix subscription, you can restart the subscription and resume where you left within 10 months of cancellation. If you don’t resubscribe within 10 months, then your Netflix account will be closed.
