How to Get PAN 2.0 in Your Email? Know the Detail Process
Having certain documents is very important for people living in India. These documents are needed every day for many tasks. PAN card is one of the most important documents that used for some important purposes of the country. Without it, many of your official work may come to a halt. No transaction related to banking and income tax return can be done without PAN card. Recently the Government of India has launched PAN 2.0. Under this, the PAN card will be upgraded. PAN 2.0 will be very secure and easily accessible. You can also use it digitally.
How to Get PAN 2.0 in your Email?
- Currently, the Indian government has not started issuing PAN 2.0. But you can get it in your email. For this you need to visit the official website of NSDL https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html.
- After that you have to click on ‘Download ePAN/ePAN XML’ option and a new page will open in front of you.
- Then, you have to enter your PAN card number, Aadhaar number and your date of birth.
- After that you have to tick the check box and click on “Submit.”
- You will then get an “OTP” on the registered mobile number, you need to enter the OTP.
- After entering OTP you have to click on proceed to payment. After payment your e-pan will be sent to your email id.
Of course for this your email id needs to be registered in Income Tax database, if not then you can register.
If you Don’t Get your e-PAN Then Complain Here
It may take up to 30 minutes for e-PAN to reach your email id. If you do not receive e-PAN card even within this time period, you can register your complaint by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling the helpline number 02-027218080/81 and complain.
