The OnePlus 10 Pro, the company’s latest flagship, was unveiled on Tuesday. The new OnePlus phone has a 120Hz AMOLED display with second-generation low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) technology and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The OnePlus 10 Pro also has a hole-punch display and triple back cameras. Unlike the OnePlus 9 Pro from last year, which featured 65W fast charging, the OnePlus 10 Pro has up to 80W fast charging. The new OnePlus flagship also comes with HyperBoost technology, which is said to improve graphics performance. It also features a revolutionary design that includes a metal centre frame and 3D nano nanocrystalline ceramics. Along with the flagship phone, OnePlus also unveiled the OnePlus Buds Pro Mithril Edition truly wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds.
Price And Availability Of The Oneplus 10 Pro
The base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the OnePlus 10 Pro costs CNY 4,699 (approximately Rs. 54,500). The phone is also available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations, with prices starting at CNY 4,999 (approximately Rs. 58,000) and CNY 5,299 (about Rs. 61,500), respectively. From Thursday, January 13, it will be available for purchase in China in the Emerald Forest and Volcanic Black colours. The OnePlus 10 Pro will not be available in the United States until later this year.

The OnePlus 10 Pro is a dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone that runs on Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1 on top. It has a 6.7-inch QHD+ (1,440×3,216 pixels) curved AMOLED display with a 20.1:9 aspect ratio and a dynamic refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. The display also supports always-on mode and has a peak brightness of 1300 nits. A Corning Gorilla Glass Victus panel protects it. The OnePlus 10 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
The OnePlus 10 Pro has a triple rear camera array for photographs and movies, with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 main sensor, an f/1.8 lens, and optical image stabilisation (OIS).
A 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto shooter with OIS are also included in the camera configuration.
The OnePlus 10 Pro’s camera configuration is capable of 3.3x optical zoom, according to OnePlus. It can also capture up to 8K video at 24 frames per second (frame rate). Furthermore, the OnePlus phone’s camera is supported by Hasselblad’s colour optimizations.
The OnePlus 10 Pro sports a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera sensor with an f/2.4 lens on the front for selfies and video chats.
The OnePlus 10 Pro supports UFS 3.1 storage up to 256GB. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector are among the connectivity choices. An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor are among the sensors on board. For biometric authentication, the phone also incorporates an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is equipped with a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery that supports wired charging at 80W and wireless charging at 50W. The phone boasts dual speakers and compatibility for Dolby Atmos. It also has dimensions of 163×73.9×8.55mm and a weight of 200.5 grammes.
