The process of putting songs on WhatsApp status is very easy. It will work just like Instagram and Facebook. Meta has made it very easy for WhatsApp users.
- First open your WhatsApp and click on ‘Updates’ options present at the bottom.
- Then click on the Add Status option and your gallery will open. Select a photo from gallery which you want to put in the status.
- After selecting the photo, you will see the song icon on the top left of the status edit screen, click on it.
- Here, in the search bar, search for the song you want to put on the photo, select the song.
- After selecting the song of your choice, select the part of the song you want. You can select the last part of the track. By clicking on ‘Done’, the song will be added to the status.
- Not only photos but also videos can be posted on WhatsApp. With the new feature, a 15-second song can be easily put on a photo. In videos, you can upload a 60-second song to the status.
